Assuming, of course, that you work to monthly sales targets, the warm weekend was probably well-earned. Whichever sector you work in, September is generally a big month. Following a particularly hectic end to the month last week, we've been debating the whole notion of the monthly sales cycle. Monthly targets become increasingly motivating as you reach the finish line, but what about the first two or three weeks of the month? Wouldn't it be preferable to be firing on all cylinders every day of every week?
