How often do you hear the term “people buy people”? The saying is there for a reason, it’s true.

The very best sales people are personable, trustworthy and charming. They understand that facts and figures close deals but honesty and emotion starts the deal. Poor sales people very early on in any pitch whether it is on the phone, via email or face to face lean on facts and figures. Typically this is as a result of lack of personality.
